THE MUSEUM

ABANDONED

“An old dusty museum. The color of it represents it so dull and faded. The walls of the museum, wretched. The paintings showed the trauma and dark culture of that time. Feeling of negativeness was mixed in the air filling the gloomy, dark museum. It showed the symbols of death, uncovered thousands of shady secrets, displayed the edge of cruelty, and presented the meaning of war. Criticism fled, questioning everything. The maintenance of the museum required a huge amount of money. Hence the museum was disturbing to the people living now, it was closed. And now it is being called an abandoned museum”.

“What is your personal opinion about the museum, Professor Henry?” Ben, a smart guy asked.

“Well, I personally think that the museum must be opened because it gives us a really deep information about dark culture, untalked wars, paintings, characters. It's really a useful source for historical documentation but the sad fact is that we, people, do not have access to go inside it.”

“So, that means no one ever tried to go inside?” Natalia exclaimed.

“They did try, but as soon as the police found out, they were arrested by the cops and put in prison.”

“I think there must be something controversial or maybe confidential inside the museum,” Ben added.

“Well, there can be. Ok class, the session is over now. So, research about this museum, write a 200-word essay and submit it by Wednesday.” professor told everyone and shut the projector.

“Don’t do something crazy this time. If the cops find out, you’re going to be in prison. Submit the essay by Wednesday.” professor told Lora and left the class.

Lora just stared. Her eyes showed disagreement, rage, and an urge to do something which anyone doesn’t want to.
