Chapter 1

I looked up, panting.

“Please Drakon, let me go!” I cried, a tear budding in my eye.

“You know I’ll never let you go Raito, you are mine, and mine alone.” The dragon king said, caressing my cheek, and then kissed me, an emotionless smile spreading across his face as my eyes widened.

He pushed me to the bed, and slipped his tongue into my mouth, his eyes started to glow with lust, and I gasped softly, before my eyes closed.

I should start from the beginning.

My name is Raito Kasagi, and I am a normal human from Tokyo, Japan.

At least I was, until I was summoned to the Dragon Kings lair to be his wife.

I am pretty simple, with light blonde hair, and purple eyes, I lost both my parents in a car crash when I was seven, and have been living at my Aunt’s since.

I have a petite body, and have been raped a few times in the street because of it, because I can’t fight back.

I wouldn’t be able to defend myself, even if it meant the risk of my life, I was just too weak.

And that’s what King Drakon thought of me as well when he first summoned me through the ritual.

“Raito! Time to get up!” My aunt’s melodious voice called up, and I sat up with a yawn, stretching, and then swinging my legs over the side of the bed and stumbled over to my closet, grabbing my uniform.

I slipped it on, and then grabbed my satchel, making sure I had all the homework I needed for today, and then I stomped down the stairs.

“Here you go!” Aunt Lin said, handing me a piece of toast slathered in butter.

“Thank’s Auntie Lin!” I called back to her, waving as I walked backwards out the door, the toast hanging out of my mouth, and I took a bite, running to the bus stop so I wouldn’t miss it.

I shoved the rest of the toast in my mouth, savoring the buttery taste of it, but forgot about it when the bus rounded the corner, coming to a stop in front of me.

“Good morning sir!” I said brightly to the bus driver, popping my quarter in the change box and hoping on, taking the first available seat that I saw.

A few minutes later, the bus came to a stop a few blocks away from the school, and I got off, along with a few towhee kids who also went to my school.

I breathed in a breath of air, but wrinkled my nose as city fumes went into my nasal cavity instead of the nice fresh air of the outdoors, and I lowered my head in dismay.

Why does it have to be so.. Dirty here? I thought with a sigh, and then flinched as I heard someone being thrown against glass.

I ducked to the alley where I had heard the sound, and gasped at the man laying on the ground.

“Sir! Are you alright?” I asked, but he didn’t respond, “I’ll call the police!”

But before I could do so, a channel of wind suddenly blew so hard, it knocked my phone out my hand, and I dived down to the ground to retrieve it, and felt a shadow cast over me.

I slowly looked up, fear lighting my eyes as sweat beaded across my face.

“I have finally found you, my bride.” Said the figure.

I felt myself being pulled through a portal, and I gasped, seeing my breath of hair turn white as it flew into the abyss, and I felt something knock against my head, and I fell to the ground, unconscious.
