Chapter 1
Is this just a dream.....
That wierd feeling of being continously watched is it my mind playing games or is someone or something trying to reach out to me.Watever it is i have find out why is this happenig to me.
At school,
As i walk through the coridoor a strange and mysterious aura surrounds me and makes me really uncomfotable, just then a cold hand landed on my shoulder making me startled and when looked back i was relieved to find one of my best friends Anna.
Hey!!what happend to you why do you look so pale are you sick or something?she asked me.
Oh hey Anna im fine im not sick just being paranoid as usual.i replied.
well i hate to break it to you but if you stand here being pranoid you are going to be late for mr.Fitzs class do you want to be late today. she asked.
Wait... mr.Fitz?? wasn't is supposed to be mrs Jenns class first. i asked
looks like someone needs to be more active in our chatroom.she said
Anyways, we got to rush now or we are dead today. As i said that we both ran towards our class and to our bad luck we arive after mr Fitz had started teaching and he immediately gave us detention without thinking much and we were really sad about it, because we never got detention before.As i was looking out the window i heard someone call my name i turned back in shock only to find a laughing Dylan.Dylan was one of my best friend and he found it really funny that i got startled by him mr.Fitz saw him laughing and gave him detention too for laughing in his class.After long and boring class, it was time for lunch and i couldn't wait to share how Dylan got detention as usual with my other best friends Bob,Jasmine and Harry
In the cafeteria,
Just as me,Dylan and Anna entered the cafeteria jasmine called my name and we went to them and we got our food and started to eat it while sharing the funny incidents that happened to each of us and then we got to know tht we all got detention today it was wierd as Anna,Jasmine and me never got detention till now,but we brushed i off and continued to eat while eating i zoned out while trying to see if someone was watching us then suddenly my friend Bob called me out and they all started laughing about how i was zoned out, just as we were done eating the bell rang indicating that the lunch time was over and we had to head back to our classes so we all split up and as i was going to my class Jasmine called me from behind,
Stacy, wait for me. she said and ran towards me
We have same class it slipped my mind sorry Jasmine. I said
Ah thats ok but why were you zoning out during lunch. she asked
Its nothing i just felt as if someone was watching me. I replied
No way..... you felt that too i thought my mind was playing games. she said surprisingly
yea i felt that too. I replied as we enterd our class and we went to our assigned seats and started preparing for our class
As i was focusing on my class i recieved pass from behind me an when i asked the student behind me she said she did not know who gave the pass but it had written to pass it to stacy in another note with it. Confused i took the note from and opened it only to see the words 'I AM WATCHING' written on it i looked around feeling terrified and confused at the same time but just as i thought i found no one suspicious. When i analysed the note more carefully i found that the note had a date written on the bottom 21/07/2029 and it was surprising because it was only 2023 and i couldn't think anything but to show jasmine and my other friends as this was the last class and we all had detention so i rushed to detention with jasmine.
I reached the room with jasmine and we were out of breath from all the running and we calmed down first and then i told everyone about the note and the date written below it.Then we all recalled all the wierd and abnomal things that had happened today including all our detention togather to someone watching during lunch and then we decided to meet up at Bobs house to discuss it further as we had to go home
At Bobs house,
When we reachd Bobs house we were all hungry and decide to order something to eat as his parents were out of town for some buisness.While eating our phones sarted buzzing like crazy and it was all the same message as in the note 'I AM WATCHING'. We were all so scared but after 5-10 minutes tthe messages stopped and we decieded to do a bit of research on that number but we found that the number did not really exist but we still did not lose hope and we texted the same number multiple times, but then it was late so we all decide to head home. Just as i reached home i recieved a call for that same number.As i picked up the person asked me to record the call and i did after a few seconds he started speaking in another language and i guessed that he was not a native english speaker and he wanted me to understand what he was talking about. From his voice i could say he was atleast in his late 20s or early 30s.He hung up the call as soon as he had finished talking and he did not pick up any calls from me after hanging up. I was very tired from all the events that had happened today so i fell asleep as soon as i layed down
In the morning,
I woke up in tthe morning with a load of thoughts running to mind all about the phone call so i immediately listned to the recorded audio of the mysteious man. The language he was speakng soundedd like spanish to me so i tried to isten carefully as i got a call from harry .He told me that the whole gang got a call yesterday night and that we should meet up and try to solve the mystery of the portugese man as they named him for speaking portugese. Harry had identified the language as he had heard her neighbours speak in portugese and was kind of familiar with the language so they had planned to meet in the evening at my house. In the evening all of my friends gathered in my house to discuss what they think is happening and we all had different suggestions so we decided to listen to all the recordings first. After listening to it we came to the conclusion that all the call had the same exact words as if it was being played from a voice recorder.
*Hi everyone, this is my first time publishing and writting a book anywere and this story is ongoing so i hope i get enough support and encouragement i will be posting once every week and if you guys have any suggestions for the story or for me you can tell me i will be tying to improve my writting.
