I lay on my back staring at the ceiling in my room,when mum walked in,i forget to lock the door.I sighed "Good morning mum".She came and sat on the edge of the bed,"morning sweetie, your graduation is in an hour,you need to get dressed "

I sat up and hugged her"I miss him mum,so much,I wish he could be there with me".She hugged me back,stroking my hair lovingly, "I know honey,I miss him too.That's why after your graduation, we're moving to Florida. I promise you will love it there".

I stood up from the bed and walked to the bathroom, I need to take a hot shower,yeah that's what I need right now,a hot shower.I was about to turn the door knob when mum called from behind me,I turned around to face her,"Don't stay too long,I will be waiting for you downstairs ",with that she walked out of the room.

I got into shower,enjoying the hot water streaming down my body.Mum told me last night the reasoning we're moving,our house is full with memories of dad,and every time she's alone,she starts thinking about him,and ends up crying her eyes out.

I had to agree with her,I hate seeing her in that state.So today after my graduation we'll be leaving. Mum said she has a friend there,a very rich widow Amanda Harrison with her son Jamal.She told mum that we can stay with her for as long as we like,but mum said we'll only be staying there until we find a place of our own.

I just can't wait to see what Florida has to offer.
