"Bye C",we hang up. I've been waiting for this hang out and sleepover for over two months now

Diana, my best friend since birth who happens to be three years older than me and her parents went on a vacation

Since her parents had money they didn't know what to do with, they went on a vacation for a whole two months

Our parents didn't have a problem with me going with them, but unfortunately I still had exams to study for and then to write it, and school to finish

While she's done with her university exams for now, I'm here still writing Highschool exams, which I finished yesterday actually

I'm not just excited to see her, but her parents too, they've always been like my second parents

Her father turned 55 just before they went on their vacation and her mother turned 58 a few days before him

And I can't help but mention that a have a huge crush on her dad too, guess I've got daddy issues

I've always had crushes on older men, but it was a little more serious with him, 

since I knew him from birth and he's the dream man

Dark brown eyes with some green inbetween. Tall, tanned and black hair, 

with some gray here and there. The kindest and most caring man you could know

He respects everyone he knows and hates when the people that's the nearest to him is sad

I also feel so guilty about having a crush on him, 

Diana and I share our secrets with each other all the time and now I can't tell her my biggest secret

One thing that I did notice over the years are that Diana's parents are not exactly in-love anymore

They care for each other, but there is no spark and love anymore

I've heard Mr Harrington tell his friends on phone that he thinks she's having affair, but honestly he didn't seem to mind really

it makes me jump up and grab my things that I'll need for the next two weeks

I'm surprised all the bags fit in my hands and that I was able to carry them, let's be honest, it's atleast six bags filled to the brim

I only need one actually, but Diana and I like to switch clothes, I don't exactly know why we love to do that, 

we just do, so I take tons of clothes with me, so she can pick what she wants to switch with me

We usually hold onto each other's clothes for maybe a month or two, depends

Anyway, rambling aside. I open the door after placing the bags on the ground

I'm met with a pair of blue eyes, red wavy hair, pale skin and a cheery face, that's Diana alright, 

every guy's dream. She looks just like her mom, but just a younger version

Diana and I are actually quite different, I have hazel eyes, dark brown hair, I look very unfriendly, 

It has to do with with my eyebrows, but I usually surprise people with my friendly nature when they actually have the guts to talk to me,

I can't help but feel nervous. Diana picks up three bags, I follow her actions and also pick up the other three bags

We walk over to their car, this time they decided to come with their red 1970's Mustang, which her father actually bought for me

So when I came to visit, we were always driving it, her dad said he'll give it to me once I got my licence, just for my safety 

I've been learning to drive in my dad's BMW. I'm supposed to go for my driving licence next week

Mike Harrington. Mr Harrington as I call him. He had a big scowl and irritated expression on his face as he was listening to our next door neighbour, Lexi. He hasn't noticed us yet and just kept still

He got out of the car, his tall frame, at least 6'4, if not taller proudly presents him

Taking the heavy bags from us, carrying them easily as if they're as weightless as feathers

I nod and Diana just says yes. I'm afraid to speak up, I stutter in front of him, not always, 

just sometimes, especially when caught off guard or just randomly

I did grow up beside them, so I'm pretty used to him, but crushes do have the tendency of making people nervous

We climb into the car and drive of to their house, or rather mansion, because it's huge

So far I know they only live in a 1/4 of the house, and it's still big

Some rooms haven't been opened in several years, their house will be perfect as a hotel, 

Enough rooms to have atleast two hundred people living there

I still do not know why her mother wanted such a big house when most of it won't even be used

I guess she wanted to house some of her friends, who she doesn't even see

We arrive, the familiar huge house making me feel at home as always 

The house stands on a thirty acre of land, neighbours are not in sight for many miles, and Mr Harrington prefers it that way

We climb out of the car and we walk towards the house. "So love, have you decided what you wanted for your birthday?"

Mr Harrington asks me and looks over at me with a curious expression, "I just want my licence, honestly", I answer truthfully

He smiles, "Anything else love?". "White chocolate", I answer and shrug

Diana laughs and Mr Harrington chuckles, shaking his head at me

"Your the only one who I know that loves white chocolate so much"

I blush at Diana's comment and she smiles at me. "She's different", I hear him mutter softly to himself, but Diana doesn't hear 

That was a strange comment from him, but I brushed it off as nothing

We enter the house after Mr Harrington unlocked it with his key, "In the mood to swim?", Diana asks me

"Yeah, actually I am, sounds fun". "Yay!", she says excitedly. "Come lets go get our swim clothes then"

She runs towards her room, well damn she has too much energy, I just walk casually towards her room

"I'll join you girls a bit later", he says, but Diana is already out of earshot

"She's excited, she's been missing you love. It's nice seeing you again, really", he says with a smile

I turn around to face him, "It's nice to see her and you too Mr Harrington. I admit I was quite lonely"

"I'm glad you're here, love. I've bee...", before he could finish his sentence Diana calls for me

"Clara, where are you?", "I'm coming", I answer her back

I curiously looked at Mr Harrington first before going to Diana's room, he had a bit of a blush, like he was about to say something embarrassing

He turned and sped walked away, weird, but I brushed it off as nothing again

After walking for atleast a minute I finally got to her room, one thing for sure is that it would be a maze for a stranger

I enter her room, she stands naked in front of her closet, holding atleast ten pairs of swimsuits

She notices me and turns to me, "Which one do you think I should wear?"

She picks up a one blue and one red two piece bikini's, "I don't know, red. Red always looks good on you"
