Chapter 1
Lily was sitting at her desk at the company she worked for, Anders Advertising. She was the personal assistant to the CEO, Lance, who also was her best friend. Lance asked her to be his assistant when he started the company. He tells her that most of the time she’s his right hand woman. She was best friends with his wife, Jill.
“Hey beautiful, time to get out of here,” Lance said.
“Okay,” Lily said. She got her stuff together and they closed up the office. He gave her a ride home since her car was in the shop.
“I’ll pick you up in the morning,” Lance said.
“Okay,” Lily said. They pulled up to her house and saw a car there.
“What the hell,” Lance said. Lily got out and went to the door and opened it and saw her husband in the living room having sex with another woman on their couch.
“WHAT THE HELL!” Lily yelled. They broke apart and she saw who the woman was.
“Babe!” her husband Ryan said.
“ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!!!” Lily yelled.
“Lily please don’t tell Lance,” Jill said. Lance came in the door and saw them.
“Oh hell no!” Lance said angrily.
“Lance,” Jill said.
“How long has this been going on!” Lance yelled.
“A month,” Ryan said.
“I gave you everything, Jill, and this is how you pay me back? Cheating? We are done!” Lance said angrily.
“Lance please!” Jill said.
“NO!” Lance yelled. He went out the door and drove off.
“Get dressed and out of my house, both of you!” Lily yelled.
“Lily,” Ryan said.
“This is my house as you remember, get the hell out!” Lily yelled angrily. They both got dressed. Jill ran out the door. Ryan stood in front of her.
“Lily, babe please,” Ryan said.
“GET OUT!!” Lily yelled. He went out the door. She closed it and locked up and called for a locksmith and called her brother to come over. She slid down the door sobbing.
