Summary

Isabel finds herself at the mercy of the Gods' whims. She desperately tries to keep her head above water. Answering the call of her destiny leads her down some very dark paths. She may need to betray the one she loves the most to save his life. Being chosen by the Gods means giving up your life, your love, and your dreams of being normal. Through heartache and perceived madness, Isabel strives to rid the world of the evil she inadvertently released. Throughout her journey Isabel has suffered, those she holds dear have too. Hating what she is to become, she follows the Path set out for her as willing as a lamb to slaughter. Will she have what it takes to take her place in the Realm of the Gods?
