Prologue
“Papa, how did you meet your mate?”
“E–eh?”
My children just asked me an unexpected question out of the blue. The twins were currently 6 years old, so I guess they were at that age where they wee curious about everything.
“Wh–why don’t you ask your dad?”
“Eeeh, but we wanna hear it from you!” they said, trying to lure me into talking.
Urgh. I was in a predicament. It was a reaally long story and it was so late already. I didn't want to keep them up all night because of it. However, since they didn't want to sleep until I told them, I guess they left me no choice.
“Alright. But promise me you will sleep after this, okay?” I said to them, softly.
“Promise!” the two of them shout in unison, excited to hear my story.
“Okay. One day, when papa was 16 years old.....”
That's right. This is the story of how I end up here with my mate and our children. However, it is not just all about that. It is also about how I ended up discovering the secrets of the world.
This story is about love, dream, and truth.
