Chapter 1

I was told today that I am being sent to a boarding school. Funny as I thought that admissions were not accepted mid-term (well usually anyways (the reasons which they are, mine does not fall under it)), but it only shows how this convoluted world runs on money instead of talent. On one hand, I am disappointed but on the other hand, I can’t say I am surprised.

Why you may ask, well honestly this only shows how little people believe in their own capability and how much they rely on ‘other’ means to get what they want.

Welcome to my life though. I never wrote down stuff before, but I read a book a few days ago that inspired me to write down my life to make people read it. I am not much of a talker so I’ll just get to what happened today to cause such a mid-term change of school.

I was on my way to my first class of the day, biology, I was rather excited to see others’ reactions when we were to start our practical lesson, we were dissecting today. (Add a mental jumping on toes from excitement will you.)

When I heard the news box (Yes I call that speaker which tells daily news in that school as such) let out some peculiar sound. (No, it was not the usual sound of one of the students who specks in the mike doing something they are not supposed to (like coughing or well you know the usual other kinds of interruptions)) I being myself as usual (which annoyed the heck out of all the teachers) went ahead to investigate the cause. To say that I was surprised after seeing the cause of the disturbance will be an understatement. I entered the school radio room (Yes, that’s what the school has deemed to call it (honestly the injustice here (insert an overdramatic huff please)). I found our school’s guards standing in front of the room and stopping everyone from entering it. Believe me, if my curiosity wasn’t piqued already, I would definitely be curious now. (Why you may ask well let put you out of your misery (even if I prefer not to). Well that school has been on a tight budget for a while, so they avoid giving anyone anymore to do than strictly in the job criteria they signed for because they will then be eligible to ask for more money, and the guards are only meant to guard the gates of the school property (for the time being (in a high pitched squeaky voice please))

So I decided to slowly but silently start to sneak inside the room. (I was excited to see what I will find there) But to my major disappointment, all I found were rats rampaging around the room. One of the students had cheated on his girlfriend and that girlfriend’s bestie decided to take revenge on behalf of her bestie.

Boring start to the day for me really.

But then the bell rang so I ran towards my class. I was almost late and reached just in time. I could swear that I saw most of my classmates making stink eyes at me, but whatever, not as I cared at all.

I just went through all my classes as usual and nothing wrong happened yet which was slightly weird because by now usually someone or the other causes something which will be blamed on me ( even though I did not do it, but do they believe me? No!).

I suppose I let my guard down after that because while we were in the chemistry lab during our last lesson of the day, my table exploded............. Not kidding! It...literally....just....exploded.

One second I was just standing there paying attention to what our teacher was displaying in front of us and the next second I was thrown back with some solid force and my back slammed into the wall behind me. I was covered with pieces of wood and glass shards. I blacked out.

All black........... Darkness......... White spots....... All white.........My vision gradually came back.

I was surrounded by my parents and my younger twin brother and sister. (They were a tad bit too young to really mean much to me so I prefer to keep my distains otherwise they hand me the babysitting job (insert vomiting (not that it’s bad or anything but really all that crying and spoiling of clothes and the mess they make. No! Thank you))) I...WAS....IN....A.....HOSPITAL!!!!

I hate them!!! Yes, I hate them!!!!! Well, not what they do in particular rather being there. It’s just so plain, and smelly (I hate the smell of medicine, sanitiser, people, etc.....) that I ended up hating it. Plus I find it creepy that someone would like to help so many people rather than just enjoying themself but then again all have their own preferences. Honestly, understanding people is the toughest job.

I was then informed that I have been expelled from the school for being a....... wait what was that word again???? Uhhhhhhhh.............. I don’t remember what it was. Though I do remember that it meant something along the line of being a trouble magnet and a general nuisance. I think that fits me perfectly.

So back to the topic on hand, the school felt that I was too much of a trouble magnet that they went into loss. Hmm... I thought that schools were not supposed to focus on profit first but on the future of the kids they teach and the impact they had on them. (What is the future of our world going to be?)

Well, it’s nothing new after all I have changed my school around 20 times......... I know... I know, it’s way more than my age itself but what can I do, trouble is in love with me and has taken to stalk me around like a...... well whatever is it that stalks people and doesn’t seems to give up.

Ok then, I will say bye for now.
