The story had so much potential
"The first book was just fine and very promising. The second book was disappointing. The story had great potential, was full of great ideas on where the story could go and I admire the imagination and thought put into it! But in the end it fell flat. It lacked character growth and connection. It is labeled as a thriller/romance, but there was hardly growth in the romance that the first book had implied. The main character was thrown into the same scenario several times that chapters felt repeated. The grammar and punctuation mistakes made it difficult to read at times and the character conversations were sometimes hard to follow and scenes jumped on occasion without direction that threw me off. An entertaining enough book to pass the time but halfway through to the end was hard to push through to finish. Turned me off from wanting to even read the 3rd book."
