Prolog

“I am not marring an old man” Anaya declared stubbornly.

“He is only few years older to you, not even ten. Me and your mom have ten years age gap what has wrong happened with us.”Her father told her his point of view.

“That was in your era, I am a modern girl, dad and I will not be marring any man without love. Bull shit I am not going to do any arrange marriage like your business contract.”

“Mind your language Anaya you are talking to your dad it’s not business contract, nor we are marring you to any man for our business expansion, he is a good boy, he can take care of you properly after us. You are our only child we don’t want to be alone after. He is too smart he will even handle all our business so you need not to worry about our business too.Just think of from our point of view. “Her mother stated the fact.

“You find me incapable of handling the business right, I will never marry this guy and moreover I will show you how much capable I am.”

With this Anaya left the room. Tomorrow she needed to meet a guy her parents chose for her for blind date.Whom she kidding she knew she future was decided by her parents without her knowledge. He marriage was already fixed with a man she never met, hell she didn’t even know the name of that guy.

But she was also Anaya Parekh, a stubborn girl, if her parents not listing to her then she knew who would listen. She picked up a phone and dialed a number to her surprised it was picked in two rings.

“Hey baby girl, I was waiting for your call.”

“You were right bro, they have fixed my marriage, please help me, I want to escaped from here.” She complained to her cousin and asked for help

“What exactly you want from me?”

“ A decent job and a roof to hide.”

Anaya was determined, she would prove her parents that she was capable and didn’t need anybody to run their business.

I have a problem here. Okay, I have only read the prologue and will continue reading it, but the first thing I noticed was grammar issues. Please use Grammarly to fix those. Second, the story seems too forced, don't get me wrong. They are business owners, but the norm is that business owners are understanding and open-minded. They like to spoil their kids. But they are getting her married, which seems too off. In addition, they say like 'He will take care of you after us...' Bro, you have a fucking business that you can give to your daughter, and she can take care of herself easily. Why are they even thinking of giving business to the person they want their daughter to marry? There seems no logic and real-life connection. Again, grammar is an issue, like 'Tomorrow she needed to meet the guy...' it's tomorrow she needs to me the guy
