"I liked the story; it is sweet Although it eventually dragged on a bit, and Babbie's character development is less well-developed than Alex's. If their first heated encounter (on 4th July) hadn't ended up in sex, only passionate kissing, the storyline still could have been kept and triggered the tension between the boys and Alex's confession about being a bully, but losing her virginity in her bedroom would have shown more of Alex's emotional commitment to her. I also miss how Alex felt? In every few chapters, I'd like to see his POV, or at least some information about him from her father or Anna. I also expected a scene between them on the beach in one of the last chapters, after Babbie leaves his Uncle's restaurant, where they could have a meaningful conversation and the last singing scene could be kept as Babbie's final proof that she loves him. "
