Preface
“I always feel burnt-out after my classes.” One of the things that many other teachers say after they have delivered full length lessons lasting about 1-2 hours in a usual classroom. The real classroom is nothing in the likeness of the scenario that was pictured out by the professors to the teachers that are studying education. Students are more diverse as ever with their own preference for the learning style that they want to do and not what “you” want to do. The main purpose of this book is to highlight the importance of manipulative psychology and how to apply it into the scenario of the real classroom and the real parent-teachers, teacher-teacher scenario. On my 7 months of teaching inside this unfamiliar school with unfamiliar teachers, I had written this book of my own cause: “To make teachers understand deeply about their students and how to manipulate them into learning things that are essential for their academic and personal growth.” and “To make teachers feel comfortable with the unfamiliar situation/scenario/people that they are encountering on daily basis inside their institution to understand the void or the gap of other teachers.”
“I have felt like I am being excluded by my colleagues all the time even though they are present, I feel like I was being ignored.” Don’t worry. This book will help you understand to manipulate coping mechanisms that make you feel less excluded and less vulnerable to exclusion.
Take note that manipulative psychology can make you feel more anxiety as it takes you into a new method/behavior that you are not used to.
