(Izzy Pov)
It was just like every other night , this place ...this bar the humans attended was my favorite. Though we weren't allowed near humans at all I couldn't help myself, they seemed interesting to me. Something about their smell...and how they aged vampires couldn't age and we couldn't come out during day time unless we wore our family crest ring. I hadn't received my ring yet because I had not chosen a mate, my father was getting angry with me but I wasn't in a rush what's the hurry not like I was going to die any time soon. My father didn't understand me at all I was surrounded by humans taking in their scents thats when I caught different scent it definitely wasn't human! I turned around looking to see a well dressed man his hair combed neatly as he glared at me " you come with me!" He said grabbing my arm I raised my eyebrow at him angirly " Ow! You're hurting me!" I was thrown off by my words who the fuck was this asshole?! He stared at me for a couple of seconds then his lips were suddenly pressed against mine. " Xavier " he whispered I looked at him confused as his tongue continued to massage mine as he quickly pinned me to the wall aggressively " Izzy!" He smirked at me as he continued to remove pieces of my clothing then unlocked a room at the motel next door I laid on the bed grinning at him. He took in the view then asked " you're a vampire?" I sighed heavily as started to grab my clothes and head for the door he gently grabbed my arm and kissed me passionatly " stay...please..." Well I'm not here for your brother I'm here for you .see him and I finally struck a great deal with your father to clear all your brother's debts " I raise my eyebrow at him Simon was the lowest of low he was kicked out of his vampire clan for drinking human blood. He was a murderer my brother took the fall for him more then once , I wasn't in the mood today! " Simon I'm not sure what you're blabbing on about and frankly I don't give a fuck! You need to stay away from me and my family or I'll kill you myself " he smirks at me laughing " well my dear that will be hard seeing as your father gave me permission to marry you " I shook my head in disgust " No way am I marrying you!" He grabs my arm angirly glaring into my eyes as I use my other hand to stop him " let go!" He is much stronger then I remember throwing me over his shoulder as I begin to use my vampire strength on him . But it no use suddenly out of nowhere a flash of fur takes him out ripping his head off when stand up slowly I see its a werewolf I raise my eyebrow slightly confused wondering if its Xavier I pass out when I come to this gorgeous man is placing a cloth on my head. I raise my eyebrow at him confused " what happened to Simon?" I ask him as I sit up slowly he sighs looking at me " you don't need to worry about him I took care of him. That vampire can't hurt you anymore..." he says looking at me asif I am human. I sit back against the bed frame sighing heavily. I reach for the mirror on his nightstand he looks at me in shock almost in defense mode then he calms down " you're a vampire...but your scent is different " he says looking at me smiling slightly I smile at him blushing " you're not the first to say that to me ....relax I wont hurt you. Not all vampires are what they say I'm actually nice when you get to know me. " I explain to him he smiles at me " I'm Dalton..." " Izzy my names Izzy, umm...so Dalton I'm guessing this is your house?" He nods at me sighing heavily I raise my eyebrow at him confused " what's wrong?" I ask him curiously " my dad shipped me here because my brother and I were both crowned alpha, there can only be one alpha per pack but we have special reasons. " I didn't bother asking more then that because it wasn't any of my business and to be honest he was just the guy who saved my life. " Izzy i think its safer if you stayed here tonight and tomorrow I'll help you get back home " I look at him sighing " Dalton I can't go out in daylight yet..." he nods at me " that's fine we can take my carriage. " I couldn't understand why he wanted to help me it was getting late and a storm outside took out the power I sighed heavily looking at my cell phone I called my father " yes, I'm fine father....I'm at a hotel until the storm passes. I promise I will be home soon " I hung up the phone and turned to see Dalton with wine in his hand I raised my eyebrow at him " sorry I don't drink that ..." he slides closer to me and bites into his wrist offering me a drink the smell I immediately covered my mouth he didn't smell the same as a human did. He laid down on the sofa sighing heavily as I looked at him he was drained now. " you shouldn't have done that Dalton, I could have killed you " I explain to him he sits up slowly sighing and leans on me " yeah but you didn't....you're not a monster Izzy, that's just wise tales our parents told us growing up so our clans wouldn't interact with eachother. " I look at him sighing and nodding " yeah, I know but my mother was killed by a hybrid wolf. My father told me." He looks at me raising his eyebrow confused " izzy , hybrids are rare they barely exist a hybrid is when two clans come together and they create a new breed. " I raise my eyebrow at him curiously as he gently begins to kiss me all over " beside Izzy you don't have to worry about it, I can't have children. " what did he mean by that? Master Blair said it was an emergency so lets go she opens an umbrella and leads us to the audi. I get in a completely dark car windows tinted as she begins to drive off there's breakfast in a tray next to me with a flower I begin to read the note " I've left you a supply open the bar fridge" I open the bar fridge in back and I smile taking out a jar of blood " your master...does he do this for all the girls?" I ask kari she shakes her head at me " No ma'am, just you....here we are your home ma'am " my father steps outside as I exit the car under the umbrella " father this kari...." he nods at her " Thank you whoever you are for bringing my daughter home, you're dismissed " he says looking at her she bows and gets in the car we head inside and my father goes on about my marriage to Simon " Simon is dead dad!" " Dead? How?" My father says in shock my brother stands there staring at us. " Last night when he tried to attack me, dad I can't believe you made a deal with him to free up Phoenix 's debt! How could you?" Father strikes me in the face angirly as Phoenix stands infront of him " thats enough father!" He shouts at him angirly " Izzy lets go " Phoenix says looking at me as dad's ring cut my face " fuck I hate him Phoenix!" Phoenix sighs heavily looking at me " Izzy he's all we got, aside from eachother. If you don't marry soon the clan will die out." I sigh looking at him feeling guilty " Phoenix can I be honest with you....without you telling father ?" He closes the door and nods at me " what is it Izzy?" " I was out all night, I didn't just run into simon while I was out last night....Phoenix I met two werewolves. " his face grows cold and angry " Izzy! Do you realize how dangerous they are? " I place my hand on his shoulder calming him " Phoenix please....Xavier and Dalton aren't dangerous at all, dad has been filling our heads with lies this entire time! I bet you anything that mom was never killed by wolves. " " Izzy look I'm not sure what happened last night and I will forget this ever happened but please stay away from them! " Phoenix says to me looking at me worriedly " Phoenix...I slept with both of them last night....something drew me to them " he glares at me angirly " Izzy! Have you gone mad?! What the fuck is wrong with you?! " he sternly says to me trying hard not raise his voice so father doesn't hear us. " Phoenix I'm sorry alright, I'm not sure what I was thinking doesn't matter anyway I'll never see either of them again. " Or so I thought, as our conversation ended father began to plan a welcoming home party for me it had be fourteen days since I was last allowed out to roam the streets at night but my brother did not keep his word he immediately told father the next morning at breakfast about how I had been with not one but two wolves. Father got so angry with me he locked me in the cells where we used to keep prisoners. My brother brought me a tray one morning with the finest blood on it I was sitting against the wall looking more pale like then usual he raised his eyebrow at me with concern opening the cell and rushing in " Izabella, my god what's wrong with you? You haven't touched the tray from two days ago " he says worriedly he scoops me up gently as he carries me upstairs into our father's office " Father! Its Izzy she is sick!" He shouts as father runs toward us " impossible vampires can't get sick unless they are poisoned....." he looks at the servants " hurry! Run her a bath and call the doctor we must find out immediately what's wrong with her!" Still dressed in my gown Phoenix lowered me into the tub watching me as the doctor shoved him outta the way " move aside boy!" The doctor sighs heavily looking at me " That's impossible! " he says looking around at my father and brother " what ?!" My father says with concern " your daughter is with child my lord!" My father throws something across the room angirly he glares at my brother " Phoenix you will take your sister to the old cabin she is no longer one of us! She carries the heir of our enemy!" The doctor looks at me sighing " Now my lord be reasonable, she is still your daughter and I've not confirmed who the father is yet!" My father glares at me sighing " vampires care not about who they fall in love with, my father took in a rogue vampire girl who I was raised with she then became my wife and the mother of my children. Until she was killed Izabella you are going to get us all killed you have brought dishonor to our clan." Those were the last words my father ever spoke to me as Phoenix drove the car he started to cry " stop crying little brother, if you show father your weakness he'll kick you out too. " I say to him sighing as I wipe away my own tears. Phoenix stops the car and hugs me tightly crying " Izzy I'm so sorry this all my fault for telling him! Now I'll never see you again!" I sighed heavily looking at him " Phoenix you're stronger then him, don't let him make you think otherwise I've seen your powers you will one day rule your own clan." He nods at me sighing as I exit the car " Phoenix I'll see you again..." he drives away and my non exsistant heart feels broken. I take out my phone and I look at the two numbers in it as I watch the pregnancy test show a postive sign. I take a deep breath in and packing my bag and I head out to the bus station not breathing a word of my pregnancy to anyone not even to Xavier or Dalton. They seemed like that had enough on their plate already and didn't seem the types to want children around so I moved myself to Boston. There I started a completely started a new life for me and my now seven year old daughter Kylie. We were happy until Kylie and I got invited to a wedding and thats where we saw them...Dalton and Xavier.
