Interesting Start!

"The writer seems young, but definitely has talent! I saw many spelling and grammar mistakes, but some were likely typos. Repetition, and “telling" instead of using words to “show" the imagery, threw me off a few times. That said, I'm interested in the characters, the sorry, and the many possible outcomes! Building up characterization for a bigger emotional impact, watching their grammar, and using descriptive language could make this a very fascinating zombie saga! The little mistakes, like it taking three hours to walk three miles, Yumi digging a 5ft hole alone in only 30 minutes, etc need some tweaking. I am still compelled enough to want to know more, nonetheless. For a start, it was pretty entertaining! I love zombie horror stories/novels/everything, so I appreciated the author showing a character who knew about water purification, about digging a hole to bury bloody items & to cover Yumi's scent, etc. I hope she writes more soon!"
