The guy was looking for a girl to make her a wife because his wife passed away and that almost made Malinga crazy. "I am here for you my dear, and I will always make you happy," said Nthabiseng. Malinga was smart and intelligent, he started to record the conversation with Nthabiseng. "Look dear I told you to feel welcomed," said Malinga sitting close to her.
"Don’t worry my love," Nthabiseng smiled. "I feel so lonely today, would you mind having sex with me? I can see you are so lonely too," Malinga Smiled. Nthabiseng was only looking for money because of desperation and how she lived.

"Sex is the most powerful magic and a special one to share with you, I am here," said Nthabiseng. Malinga agreed with Nthabiseng to have sex. Malinga was looking to have a wife, but Nthabiseng ruined everything.
The sun rose and Nthabiseng woke Malinga. "Hey..... Hey wake up!" Nthabiseng wanted money. "What is wrong dear? Do you want something to eat?" Asked Malinga. "I don't need your food, I need money," said Nthabiseng. Malinga was surprised. "But you can eat, we will talk about that later." Nthabiseng didn't want to hear anything from Malinga. "It seems you don't understand, I said I need money!" Nthabiseng shouted. "Look baby, you don't have to shout, I said I will make a plan later," said Malinga. Nthabiseng got dressed and left Malina. Malinga didn't understand why this girl is behaving like that, he knew exactly the girl will act stupidity. Later Nthabiseng arrived with police crying. "This is the one I was telling you about," said Nthabiseng. The police grabbed Malinga. "Gosh! What is going on here? Hey! Don't grab me like that," Said Malinga. "Shut up! You are under arrest for raping Nthabiseng, anything you said will be used against you in a court of law," said Constable Maqelepo. "Sir, you are doing a big mistake, you can't do this," said Malinga. The police didn't hear his side of story, they dragged him to the van.
Malinga called his lawyer telling him the whole story, after a couple of minutes his lawyer arrived. "Man this girl accused me of rape," said Malinga. "You don't have to stress, I will take you out," said Advocate Smith. "I have the recording on my phone," said Malinga, "I don't think the court will sentence me for this."
"Mr Malinga, we will use this recording, the girl does not know the meaning of rape. After that we are going to sue her for defarmation of character," said Advocate Smith. Maliga felt so relieved. Advocate Smith sued Nthabiseng for defarmation of character and it was so heartbreaking for her mother, and Malinga was released by bail. In life you don't have to act stupidity because you don't know what can hit you.
