Review
"They say "you must help yourself first before you can help others" and that could not be further from the truth for Green. Meet Dr Edgar Green - an arrogant, impeccable and handsome professional in the psychiatric arena. With such a profile, it's impossible for him not to turn heads, especially the opposite sex. Women fantasise and lust for him even though he is married. However behind this seemingly perfect life of his, there are several skeletons in his closet. They threatened to resurrect and destroy whatever Green had worked hard to built or rather they were already eating away his already crumbling fortitude. There is so much on his plate - a reputation to keep, a loveless marriage and an empty void to fill - the last thing Green need is being held a suspect for a crime that has been plaguing the neighbourhood. In the midst of these myriad of perplexing events, will Green lose himself to those circumstances or find himself through the help of others? Descent into madness is a masterpiece to be reckoned with! Each chapter can be so unpredictable. As the plot thickens and with every new revelation it forces the readers to reconstruct their initially formed schema of the story. There is so much to feel for the characters as their experiences were vividly captured by the author's clever choice of descriptive words. All in all, a wonderful book not to be missed! "
