The great magician
"Do you believe in Magic? Would you like to become a Magician? This book takes place in England in the seven hundreds. Myddrin is one such self madeMagician, some would say a Wizard. He’s a rogue, a charlatan and at times a petty thief. A wanderer looking for his next penny. But he’s intelligent and in touch with the pulse of the world around him. Can he influence others with his “Magic”? If you are well spoken, you can create Magic that others around you may then call you a Wizard. The book started slow for me, as Myddrin and his apprentice wandered around looking for work. Eventually settling down to a true story that was worth the wait. Rear between the lines and you find how magic through the ages was really performed. A great read. Bill Lesburg"
