Intro - graphic shop

Welcome everyone.

This is a graphic shop, where you can order graphic work to complement your writing.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to inspire you.

I’m Billie_Venice, a creative consultant at Insparking, with a keen interest in graphic design.

I tend to do and see things differently.

Ask yourself: Does a book cover need to look like a book cover?

Here’s my view on artwork and how it can support the book and the writer.

Quote: “A picture says more than a thousand words.”

Yeah I know it’s old and beyond overused, but true ... however the right words can describe something so beautiful and then the challenge lies with the image to try and do them justice...

The image those words paint in your mind is by default your favorite.

But be honest now... that pictures you conjure up in your mind while reading is somewhat unsteady or even blurry, right?

Quote: “Art speaks where words are unable to explain.”

That’s the challenge of any artwork.

- Be captivating when your eyes scan the different options.

- Conveytheright feeling.

- Tip the vail and hint at the hidden content, the story.

Show what others fail to see, leaving room for the beholder’s own interpretation. One’s favorite part...

What’s the first thing you notice on a book?

It’s either the cover, the title or the author’s name. In that order, it’s how our brain works.

Only after your interest is peaked, you’ll read the tags or the short description.

I would like to help you with the graphics and leave the words part in your capable hands.

All graphics are created by me. Sometimes I use my own pictures, most of the time I use what is shared online.

Graphics include:

- Covers

- Character aesthetics

- Banners

- Brand – Logo

- Flyer (to everybody)

- Happy announcement (to friends and family)

- Promotional posts / pics for social media.

- Profile creation & bio

- Authors website

Cora: Decent story. Slightly predictable turn of events but I didn't think at this point it was a possible twist! I enjoy the stream of thought writing style this has, though some proofreading and punctuation could help a few spots. Recommend this for ebooks and forgive a few confusing errors. Enjoyable t...
