Chapter 1
It's another morning, wondering if am alive, well..... i guess i am the smell of my own body definitely told me i am, i sat up looking like a piece of trash, have been asked if i regretted my actions, well... i don't the only regrets i have is loving that beast despite the pains he put me through. "Adeline !! your lawyer is here to see you", the officer opened the cell and dragged me out with my cuffed hands like the criminal i am, yes am a criminal and i wish that in my next life i never cross paths with that beast.
"Hi Adeline, how are you doing today" ?
There sat my lawyer and i sat beside her looking at her, and i know she was feeling pity towards me, but I felt no pity for myself, if i commit a crime i should punished for it, cause am broken.
" Am fine Mrs Hiller. Am doing great," i said with a smile on my face.
"Adeline ......... I want to know what happened between you and peter, what went wrong, i want to know everything that's why am here to hear your side of the story."
