"I was very impressed throughout, and couldn't put it down. There were some repetitious lines, but overall a fantastic book. The only things I didn't like, were the few modern day phases thrown in, when this feels like a very midevil setting for the time period. I also don't like the ending. The last chapter felt rushed, and abruptly ended as if the author was tired of the story. Why did the demon just disappear? What happens in the aftermath? Who survives and who died? Does the baby survive or are people coming for it now? So many open ended questions, I'm hoping very much for a second instalation! I have 4 friends whom I read this with, and we all concur on the entirety of my posting here. Hats of to the author, but please don't leave us hanging, let us see more, and even consider a prequel from Ambroses eyes. "
