A story in form of a poem

"I have to be honest; poems are not my world. So this point, I will not be able to judge. I will still try to present my opinion as well as possible. I started directly with the 1st chapter and read afterward that the genre was poetry, which opened my eyes as now the writing style makes sense. Let's get to the review: We find ourselves in the 19th century, and from there, the writing style clearly originates. It's as if someone is attempting to craft a story in the form of poetry. A challenge, both for the author and the reader. So if you're looking for something light and fast-paced, this is not for you. Every phrase here delves deep. If the goal is to write as beautifully as possible, then you've truly outdone yourself. But what about the plot? I'll get to that in a minute, but before that, I'd like to comment on a few things. "...where cobblestone streets wound like ribbons through the emerald embrace of nature...." "...cobbled streets, polished by generations of footsteps, meandered like enchanted pathways,..." Are the roads so significant that they need to be described twice in one paragraph? There appears to be an editing error as well. At the end of one paragraph, the last part of the sentence is written twice. Now, let's talk about the main character, a humble carpenter, and his small family. From the descriptions, he seems to be a kind and caring man who dreams of creating something magical. And that's it. I would have believed you if you had said that the story ends here, because nothing happens except for the beautiful descriptions of nature and Celian's humble personality. Once again, the genre of poetry does not make this a criticism, just a subjective opinion. To keep me reading your story, you need to hide something compelling between the beauty of your writing style. A beautiful woman is boring if she lacks depth. From the summary, I know there is more to the story. End the chapter with a cliffhanger, describe Celian's poor circumstances. Let me see, or at least hint at, the obstacles he and his family face. Foreshadow or anything to make me look forward to the next chapter. If this were a book, that wouldn't be a problem, but since you are publishing this work online, chapter by chapter, you need to make sure your readers keep reading Punctuation, grammar, spelling do not need to be mentioned. Flawless. I am curious about the second chapter and how you plan to continue this story. In time, I will adjust my review accordingly. "
