Chapter 1
Poems that i wrote. (im only 12 please dont judge)
the thunder is loud and the wind is strong
i sit back and listen to the soothing sweet song
i feel like i wont shed anymore tears
maybe the rain has washed away my troubles and fears.
The rain is cold and calm
it fits inside my palm
i stand and look up at the sky
a tear forming in my eye
the rain washes it all away
it helps me forget about my pain.
they're in the sea and i'm on land
they have fins and i have hands
when at the beach i think of them
the cute little sharks that always swim
most people think they are mean or weird
but in my eyes they are nothing to be feared.
I dont know why you do it
maybe you dont like me
but thats okay
i dont care
its not like you were ever there.
I miss her
she reminds me of the sun
always joyful and energetic
no matter her pain
my love for her will never drain.
the thunder is loud
yet very relaxing
it reminds me of him
the man i once knew
for him my hatred grew.
she says she loves me
but is that true?
i cant seem to understand
why does she treat me this way?
where is the love you promised?
i can tell you were far from honest.
The rain is quiet
its calm and sweet
i forget about my worries until my ears start to ring
a feeling of sadness washes over me
the thoughts of my problems come rushing back like a wave from the sea.
