"A third instalment of Alex's adventures with the Voyran alien invaders. Once again, our intrepid author "hits it out of the park". Alex is no longer the sole human amongst the Voyrans. Those immense space vikings are no longer the only threats to life, love, and civilisation. Mad, depressed, or merely broken, a ragtag bunch of humans needs to entice our favourite alien predators (both the Black Guard and cultists) whilst a mysterious shapeshifting threat circles the camp, and feral survivalists reduce their other options. Overall, yet another amusing tour through post-apocalyptic chaos, brutality, deaths, guitar concerts, seduction, and finding their place. What's not to love ?"

We meet up with some very interesting humans who arrive in a very unorthodox fashion with lots of humour. Three new relationships and a new alien outcast of the obsidian kind. Sansi will tap into his romantic side as well as his murderous side. There will be love, angst and tragedy. Book 3 is amazing - it will tug on your heartstrings, have you laughing out loud from the tower, scare the crap out of you in the tunnels, raise your blood pressure in the woods and lake, and leave you in tears and grief at the very end. AND, craving for Book 4."
