Me encontraba parada enfrente de esa gran puerta vieja color café, nuestra escuela tenía una de las bibliotecas más grandes de toda la ciudad, había libros de todo tipo de temas y de cualquier año que se te pudiera ocurrir. La maestra de historia nos había encargado un ensayo sobre “La historia del arte a lo largo de la vida humana” y como requisito nos había prohibido buscar la información en internet, “Tienen una de las bibliotecas más grandes a unos cuantos pasos y aun así prefieren buscar en esos aparatos, para la tarea de esta semana tendrán que buscar todo en libros de la biblioteca y me tendrán que decir, de que libros lo sacaron”, nos había dicho ese mismo día.

Entre al lugar y un aroma a café agradable inundo mis sentidos haciendo que me preguntara la razón del por qué no había entrado antes. Camine por los grandes estantes observando las pastas de cada libro que se encontraba ahí, en un momento me di cuenta de que estaba perdida, me había perdido entre los largos y anchos pasillos del lugar, seguí caminando con la esperanza de salir del laberinto en el que me había metido, entre libros y más libros observe la figura de una persona, un chico alto que vestía decente y tenía puestos unos lentes mientras leía el libro que se encontraba entre sus manos.

Me miró, me sonrió y mi corazón dio un vuelco.

Me había enamorado del chico entre los libros.
