Dive
Naked, cold, but yet warm, on the shore where we put our feet on the sand.
The breeze carried away the particles of who we used to be and who we would become. One!
The cryptic language between us revealed the oceans within and how bottomless it can be, you invited me in, you have welcomed me in, and foolishly, I let myself dive deep into your ocean to not let you swim alone. And then... it began again.
The Gods stood still watching us collide through the waves, ignoring any signs of hanging into safety and lift our feet off the ground and let the bodies float.
You have said that you desire to reach for the bottom of your ocean, but little did I know how that would be like... and yet, I grew hungry of knowing it too.
My ocean grew bigger and the bottom of it became unable to be seen, and all the artifacts that couldn't be seen by the daylight, has been buried deeper and deeper.
I was not afraid, holding your hand tightly, letting the water take over my body until I couldn't see the sky anymore and the beautiful sunset of that day.
Such a beautiful spirit, thirsty, driven by desire and brave you were. Quite innocent appearance, which messed up my inner chemistry. You told me to just trust, because it is you! And, even if I did not know how to swim and nobody has told me to not breathe, I've began to slowly drown and all I could feel was the warmth of your hand holding mine.
