"I loved this story. I would fall asleep trying to read as much as possible. I couldn’t put this story down. Any minute of free time, my eyes were glued to Galatea & ‘The Hybrid Trials’. This story was refreshing to read a new twist on romance and soulmates. I could feel every ounce of emotion this author foretold. I enjoyed the story, plot, writing, editing, and final product. This author is talented. We need more stories from this creative and well written author. The picture that promotes this book, doesn’t match the characters. Ryken is tall, strong, swift, brown hair, * green eyes, olive skin, with a thick dread-like braid with beads threaded into the hair. The length of his dread needs to go below his shoulders. Tattoos described in the book need to match the cover. Mackenzie needs reddish brown hair, past her shoulders. Scars need to be visible. Her rough and tough attitude, quick witted demeanor needs to show on the cover. I almost didn’t read this story due to the cover of this story. Please make it match the authors description. The current cover is too generic and misleading. Read the story and then create a cover that matches. I understand marketing probably toned down the authors description of the main characters. This cover needs to match the story. The current cover does this story a disservice. Please adjust accordingly. *- not sure if the author included Ryken’s eye color, if so, I missed it. When I create Ryken in my head, he has piercing green eyes. Ryken needs to have physical traits of a Native American Chief. With a softer nasal bone, cartilage and septum, similar to an Italian man. "

"I absolutely love Mackenzie - she is strong, clever, so funny and loveable! Author you are master of words - this book had me gasping for more. The plot was amazing. Her character - a true fighter. Ryken - loved him too! Not your run if the mill novel - girl is weak (bleh), Alpha - being all demanding (nope. Loved the humour the most. Even in the face of death - still sarcastic (my favourite kind of humour😁😁). Loved this book. Had to read it before it disappeared from Inkitt. "
