"I liked this story but ugh the sleeping around got a bit much with the man whorling Diesel! I seriously was getting sick of his indecisiveness. I mean I could not figure out whether this story was meant for him to get together with Jessie or Serena bc he seemed completely engulfed ‘in love’ with Jessie. I was a bit confused with his jealousy that I felt that he probably was going to end up with her. It surprised me that he ‘fell in love’ with Serena. I did not find the ending as smooth as other stories I have read from thus author but overall I still like this one. A good read! "
Great Storyline
"This was a great storyline. I only wish you had kept the same family dynamics in the novel My Dad's Best Friend 🤷♀️. What I mean is there was no mention of a daughter named Jessie and Rooster was married in that novel with two daughters. I didn't realize it was a second novel after this one and read it first. Also you should be aware that pages 280 - 281 are a repeat of the previous scene. Otherwise another great novel. Keep them coming. "
