Desperation echoed through the stone corridors of the palace as Queen Isabella, clutching her frail daughter, sought solace in the palace gardens. The moon cast a silvery glow upon the blossoms, a spectral radiance reflecting the desperation in the queen’s tear-streaked eyes. As the infant princess teetered on the edge of mortality, the heavens responded with a cosmic revelation. A dragon, its ethereal form transcending the boundaries of the celestial plane, descended from the star-lit skies. The dragon’s iridescent scales shimmered with the magic of ages, and its benevolent eyes bore witness to the fading vitality of the princess. “Unbeknownst to me, the moon revealed its silvery secrets onto my open diary within the peaceful chambers of Veridia’s royal palace. Amidst stories of loss and whispers of an ancient prophecy, I discovered a haunting truth: ‘To heal, one must confront their own contribution to their suffering.’ Little did I anticipate that these words, carried by the night breeze, would set in motion a fate cloaked in darkness, connecting me to the perilous spirit of a dragon and an enigmatic prince named Rylan Thorne.
As the moonlight painted the room in ethereal hues, I felt an unseen force pulling me toward an impending destiny. The very air hummed with mystical energy, whispering secrets of a world beyond the palace walls. It was at that moment, bathed in the moon’s luminescence, that I realized my journey was about to begin—a journey through shadows, magic, and the untold mysteries that awaited me beyond the threshold of Veridia’s realm.”
That morning I woke up to a letter at the foot of my cherry blossom pink satin sheets. I looked around to see who could’ve brought the letter in, but the windows to the balcony were locked, and I would’ve heard someone open the door. I opened the letter it said
Dear Princess Ahvi,
We are delighted to inform you that you have been accepted into Arcane Academy for the upcoming academic year. On behalf of the entire faculty and administration, we extend our warmest congratulations on your selection to our esteemed institution of magic.
Your application demonstrated an exceptional aptitude for magic, and our admission committee was impressed with your potential. We believe that you will thrive in the rich and enchanting environment that Arcane Academy offers.

Upon receiving acceptance to Arcane Academy, I excitedly emitted a squeal. Luna and my mother promptly entered my room, inquiring simultaneously, “What is the reason for your excitement?” I responded with enthusiasm, exclaiming, “I have been accepted into Arcane Academy!” while joyfully bouncing on my bed. My sister used to attend the academy until the war and the unfortunate passing of Callum and Dad. If you would like, “I can offer you some helpful advice and techniques”? My sister mentioned that it was unusual for her to ask because she has always been more focused on the kingdom rather than me. Despite being sisters, she prioritizes the kingdom over our relationship. I recognize her duty to succeed to the throne after our brother’s passing, but it feels as though she neglects me and lacks concern for my well-being. I mourned their deaths as well, and I hoped my sister would be there for me during my time of need. Instead, I found solace in the support of my best friend Maya and my boyfriend Rylan, both of whom hold royal status in their own kingdoms. I would like that a lot I respond to my sister joyfully. Later that day Princess Maya and Prince Rylan came over because they had news. Apparently, we all got accepted into Arcane Academy. We were all also in the same dorm it had a list of who was in the dorms with us. There was a max of 5 people in a dorm Certainly! Here’s a list of five students in Dorm Lu Mane Hall F7, including Rylan, Maya, Ahvi, and two other royal characters:

4. Prince Cedric Solaris: Hailing from the sun-kissed kingdom of Solaria, Cedric is known for his radiant charm and proficiency in solar magic. As a royal with a sunny disposition, he seeks to bring warmth and camaraderie to Dorm Lu Mane Hall.
5. Princess Seraphina Frostwind: A royal from the frost-covered kingdom of Glacial, Seraphina possesses a regal demeanor and a mastery of ice magic. Her elegant and reserved nature adds a touch of icy mystery to Dorm Lu Mane Hall, creating a dynamic mix of personalities among the residents.
Excitedly, I proclaim that this upcoming school year will be filled with enjoyment. That night Mom and Luna rode in the carriage with me as we started our journey to Arcane Academy. “We reached the gates, where my grandmother, Headmaster Zara Ngozi, stood with a cold expression, observing the carriage as we drew near. Luna, giggling softly, remarks, ‘Grandmother Zara seems upset.’ ‘Shh, we shouldn’t provoke her after not visiting since grandfather passed away,’ my mother rasps in response.” Suddenly, the carriage comes to a halt, causing Luna to be thrown from my side to my mother’s side. I burst into laughter, prompting both my mother and Luna to scold me. Apologetically, I try to stop laughing and say, “Sorry.” My grandmother, on the other hand, exclaims, “My grand babies!!” as she hugs me tightly and sways from side to side. She then informs me that my dorm is prepared and tailored to my preferences, leading me up the stairs towards the school.
