Bittersweet
Valerie had always been a force of nature. Her jet-black hair matched her love for the color, which she adorned with everything from clothes to accessories. At 22, she had a zest for life that was truly contagious. Her parents adored her, and she returned that love tenfold.
Jesse, tall and well-built, seemed like the complete opposite of Valerie. He was known for his intelligence and the perpetual smile that graced his face.
