Grace
I have no idea what got into my head, but I was sneaking out to have ‘some fun’ with my best friend Lucy, Betas daughter. I never act like this, I am a good and responsible girl, golden Alphas daughter, I don’t break rules, I act nice and cause zero problems. Until this evening.
I left pack house very quietly and got into Lucy’s car. It’s strange that nobody noticed us leaving, we didn’t met anyone from the pack on the way out.
‘It’s literally impossible that nobody saw us’ I said. I was a bit scared.
‘Common Grace, drop it. We are going to have some fun and head straight home.’ She rolled her eyes and kept driving. The night was beautiful, street lights created some kind of romance in the woods.
After about 40 minutes drive, we came to the bar in town nearby. And met 3 wolfs from our pack.
‘Nice try girls’ one of them said.
‘We will not cause any problems, just some fun for girls and then straight back to beds.’ Lucy was acting like nothing happened. For her probably not, it’s not a first time she sneaked out. She loves having fun, breaking rules and just being... her. She is very beautiful, long curly blonde hair, light skin, blue eyes. Tall, skinny. Like a model. Dream girl of every single wolf in our pack. If I was a man, she would me my dream too.
‘I am not surprised to see Lucy here, but what are you doing in the bar, Grace?’ He asked me with a raised eyebrow. Luke was a warrior in our pack, he was also training us at school, so he knew all of packs teenagers well. ‘I believe your father isn’t fond of you being here.’
‘Ohh he doesn’t mind me having some girls time here.’ I am very bad liar.
‘So if I ask him, he will not be surprised to know his little girl is not in her bed?’ I am so fucked up.
‘Please don’t tell him. We will not cause any problem.’ Being honest should help, I hope.
Luke took a deep breath and was taking a minute to think and mindlink someone, I hope not my father. I had a good relationship with my dad, especially after my mom passed away in a car accident 2 years ago. It was a hard time for us. I also have a brother, he is older and took a lot of responsibilities from dad, because loosing his mate break him. My brother will take over our pack soon, he is 25 and ready to become an Alpha. Talking about my dad, well he is not that happy guy he once was, but he got better, just a way overprotective of me. He would be very pissed if he would knew I am standing here right now.
‘You can stay here for a bit, not more then 2 drinks and always around someone from our pack, is that clear?’ Luke was serious.
‘My dad allows me to stay?’ I just couldn’t believe it.
‘Not your dad, Adam.’ So he asked my brother. Smart move. My brother wasn’t so protective, he was more understanding and supportive. But for sure we will have a talk about it tomorrow. ‘And put your hair down, nobody will believe you are 21 with this ponytail.’ Ouch.
I let my light brown hair down. Fixed my cashmere sweater and followed Luke and Lucy. At the entrance I showed my fake ID, the guy didn’t believe it’s my, but let me in. Lucky me.
It’s my first time in a place like this outside our pack, and well... I’m not amazed. I may not have my wolf yet, but my senses are way better then humans around me. I can feel smell of alcohol everywhere, sweat and something nice I’ve never smelled before. It’s other wolf for sure, who smells nice. I search for him in the crowd and am deeply shocked to see his eyes already on me. Eyes that will cause a problems I’ve promised not to have tonight.
I am officially screwed.
