There is a lot wrong with this
"* SPOILER WARNING * There’s so much wrong where to even start. There are so many unnecessary r*pe scenes and r*pists in this book. Most of the men in this book are r*pists ( INCLUDING THE ML) that’s crazy to me. He had this whole monologue about how his grandfather used to force him to sexually assault women and the proceeds to sexually assault the FL. Absolutely wild. Let’s not forget that she’s a MINOR!!!!! You couldn’t have waited till she was 18 to write a sex scene??! Really? The story props itself up as the journey of a powerless girl finding her power, when really she gets powerful and then becomes the f*ck toy from some guy who “claimed” her when he was 5 years old… she was one week old when he declared her as ‘his’ 🤢🤢 Other than this book essentially being cp, I don’t understand why there were so many sexual assault and torture scenes - very unnecessary - especially since I didn’t even get 10 chapters in. You have to be sick in the head to think this is what people want to read. "
