Chapter 1: Betrayal

~~First Person POV~~

My name is Elara, and I had lived a life of peace in the kingdom of Elysium. However, everything changed when the kingdom's prized relic, the Royal Orb, disappeared. I, accused by false witnesses, found myself labeled as a thief. The King, clouded by rage and manipulated evidence, condemned me to death. As I stood before the court, protesting my innocence, the truth was smothered.

“ My King, with all due respect, the stated accusations are false…”

I said, with all strength i could bare out.

“Please forgive me! I didnot do anything… please dont do this, have mercy on me “ i fell to my knees pleading for my life.

“SILENCE!” The king roared at my pleads.

“Take her away” king ordered his guards as they started dragging me out of the hall room where the king sat unbothered on his large throne with no sign of any sympathy on his face.

The weight of betrayal from false accusations lay heavy on my shoulders. The guards dragged me away, ignoring my pleas for justice.

~~ Third Person POV~~

As the poor girl was being dragged, all that could be heard in the huge halls were her cries and pleads.

Elara's world crumbled under the weight of betrayal and false accusations. Despite her protests of innocence, the king, swayed by twisted truths, sealed her fate. The kingdom whispered of the theft and the framed girl whose life hung by a thread.
