Chapter 1
Elaine had always been a brave girl who wasn't easily scared. But the day she turned 15, something changed. She could feel a darkness swirling around her like a cloak. That night as she lay in bed, trying to sleep, she heard a faint noise coming from outside her window.
Curious, she got out of bed and made her way over to the window. Peering out, she saw a figure standing in the distance. It was too dark to make out who it was, but for some reason she felt a chill run up her spine. Then in a blink of an eye, the figure was gone.
The next day, Elaine found a trail of blood leading from her bedroom window to nearby woods. She followed the trail, determined to find out who was responsible for this peculiar occurrence. As she walked in silence, a fog began to form around her. Suddenly, she saw the figure again. This time, it was standing right in front of her. She gasped as she realized it was a young girl, covered in blood. Before she could scream or run away, the girl simply said, 'I am the horror girl.'
Before Elaine could react, the girl disappeared into the fog. From that day, Elaine remained uneasy. Every night she would hear faint whispers coming from her bedroom window, and every night the trail of blood would return. Elaine could not shake off the feeling of dread that the horror girl had brought into her life. She now knew that no matter where she went, the horror girl would always be present, watching her every move.
