The idea
In the quaint town of Willow Creek, a young girl named Lily reluctantly explores her family's new house after her parents decided to uproot her and her sister, Emma. To their intrigue, they discover that the basement is mysteriously locked. The following day, with their parents away at work, the sisters, drawn by an inexplicable sound from the locked basement, embark on a quest to unveil its secrets.
Upon unlocking the basement, they uncover a peculiar book positioned at its center. As fear grips the younger sister, Emma, the elder one reassures her that it's just a book. However, as they approach for a closer look, the book unfurls on its own, transporting the bewildered girls into a fantastical wonderland. Stranded in this mysterious realm, they grapple with puzzles, confront mythical beasts, and strive to find an escape.
Their odyssey leads them to a door resembling the one in their basement. Stepping through it, they suddenly awaken in their beds, bewildered and frightened. Sharing their inexplicable dream experiences, the sisters discover that their dreams remarkably align. Eagerly recounting their surreal adventure to their parents, the girls are met with laughter, dismissed as merely having vivid imaginations.
Undeterred, Lily and Emma grapple with the lingering mystery, wondering if their dreamland escapade was more than just a figment of their imagination. Little do they know that the basement's locked secrets and the enchanted book hold the key to a reality beyond their wildest dreams.
