Chapter 1
The first thing that registered in her brain was a chill. She liked to leave the window open at night, otherwise her small New York City studio apartment became stuffy and hot. She tried to reach for the covers but all she felt was cold steel.
Her eyes flew open.
This was not her bed. This was not her room. This was not her apartment.
It was dark but she could see the faint outline of a small, square room. She was laying on some type of straw filled mattress and she could see the faint outline of a door on the opposite side.
Where was she and how did she get here.
“Oh good, I am not the only one awake and alone in this hell” a voice whispered to her left.
She nearly jumped out of her skin, not expecting someone to be watching her. “Who’s there? Where am I?”
She could make out the form of a woman moving towards her. “Name is Eva, I am not sure where we are. I woke up about two hours ago, if I had to guess. What’s yours?”
“Charlie” she whispered, distracted by her unfamiliar surroundings
As her eyes acclimated to the darkness, she can see one other form slumped against the wall. There was a clinical smell, almost like a hospital. This place had been recently disinfected. That thought did not bring any comfort.
Her whole body felt stiff as she tried to stretch out her muscles. Everything felt weak, like she hadn’t used her muscles in a while. She reached up to scratch her hair and as she brushed against the back of her neck, she felt a bump. Like stitch that is still healing.
She turned toward Eva, “what is this, what did these people do to us” she started to panick. She felt like one of those cows with a tag attached to their ears.
Before Eva could answer, the third girl in the corner started moaning and moving to sit up. Charlie knew when the girl had fully awoken and opened her eyes because the girl tensed and plastered herself against the wall when she realized she wasn’t home in her bedroom.
“Try not to panick” Charlie whispered as she moved forward to comfort the girl. “Who are you, where are we” the girl said as her eyes darted around the room.
“My name is Charlie, this is Eva”, Charlie said in what she hoped was a calming voice. “We don’t know where we are but it is best to stay calm so we can think this through logically. What's your name?”.
“P-Penny” the girl said through her tears.
“I’ve seen enough true crime documentaries to know how this goes, we need to asses what we are dealing with before we can formulate a plan. Do you see anything around the room that we could forge into a weapon”? Eva said as Penny made her way towards the other two girls.
All three of them felt their way across the dark room but all they could come up with is their individual straw-mattresses. As they tried to think of a weapon Plan-B, the lights flickered on.
“Well, I guess it is time for us to wake up” Eva said sarcastically. They heard banging outside in the hallway, and quickly all huddled together. Safety in numbers, right?
The door swung open to reveal something not human. The thing was short, with skin the color of an evergreen tree. It had beaty orange eyes and its hands had three fingers instead of five. The alien dropped a large metal tray that contained what looked to be bread and some type of fruit. A second alien came in an dropped a jug of what Charlie hopped was water. The two aliens starred at the girls, and the girls starred back. Without a word, they turned around and exited locking the door on the way out.
“What the fuck was that” Eva said loudly. Now it was time to panick. Orginally, Charlie thought this was a bad situation but with two other girls, they could figure a way out. Now, it was quite obvious they were no longer on Earth. All three girls just stared at each other, not know what to say. In complete shock.
It started to dawn on Charlie as she looked at the other two women across from her. They were both beautiful. Eva had shoulder length wavey blonde hair, bright blue eyes, and a cute button nose. While Penny, had a beautiful deep red hair, sweet brown eyes. Charlie noticed that the thing they all had in common, their bodies. Each girl had a volumptuous chest and generous hips. It looks like wherever they were going, these aliens liked a certain type.
“Oh god” Charlie whispered. The other girls looked at her expectantly.
“Look at us” Charlie whispered, “we are three young, attractive human women, no longer on earth” By the looks on their faces, it wasn’t clicking with the other two girls.
“We are going to be some type of sex slave. Clearly they traveled far to get us. It is not a coincidence they picked three women with similar body types. We are here for a purpose, and if I were to bet, it is not so we can go marry some rich prince”.
The silence was defeaning.
