"i read this story on wattpad, and the first thing that gripped me was ren's voice. immediately, i bonded and related with her. and once i dove into the pages, it was hard to put the book down. i love a character who yearns, and there was so much sweet yearning between ren and gio. it was a great emotional ride with brilliant twists. the angst, lightheartedness and characters' inner revelations were perfectly balanced with flashbacks and present timelines. I'd recommend this book to all romance lovers. ♥️ "

"I was really looking forward to continuing to read about these two. Despite the huge time jump, the author has managed to maintain the essence of the protagonists and show the changes life has brought them. I love how we gradually discover what happened to them as a couple and what drove them apart, in a way that keeps you hooked, eager to discover the details of their past. The author has also done a magnificent job of realistically depicting what it's like to suffer from schizophrenia (or to live with someone with the condition). On the other hand, the ending seemed a bit rushed to me, even with the epilogue. I would have liked to see more family scenes, full of the tenderness that characterizes them."
