Part One: Intrduction:

“What caused you to change your path so abruptly?” the reporter for the District 9 News Channel inquired.

“It was, by no means, the will of my own doing,” he said quietly. “By a series of incidents, one could say my life, my future was taken away. But, from how I see it?” Here he grinned a little and chuckled. “I would say it’s what opened up the door for that possibility. No, nothing was taken from me when that happened. It was that seemingly unfortunate incident that…gave me everything.”

“If you could go back in time and change one thing that happened, what would it be?” she asked. The young man looked at her tilting his head, before dropping his eyes to the ground and smiling.

“I would change the fact that I was so blind to it and had to go through hell to realize it,” he said.

“Would you ever trade it for anything, if anything ever came up?” He frowned.

He shook his head firmly. “I would trade it for nothing, not even to save my own life. I know I had the chance to go back to the old way I had been living. But something which I deemed much more important by that time was being put at stake. That then became, was, and is my life. My mission. To protect and restore that which has been so far lost and is dying in society around the world. We will not stop till our mission is complete. Step out.”
