A Powerful Story of Strength and Struggle

"This book is an emotional and unforgettable journey that explores the challenges of teen pregnancy, the pressure of difficult choices, and the reality of postnatal depression. I really enjoyed how it showed the characters as complex and human, especially while exploring the struggles of identity, emotions, and the spectrum of experiences that shape who we are. The story was honest, powerful, and made me think deeply about the challenges many young people face. It is a beautifully written book that I would highly recommend."

"I love it!!! I really enjoy the articulation of teenage pregnancy and the dillemma that comes with it. Throw in post natal depression and spectrum of some sorts into the mix and voila, I kind of just over indulged this story in a mere 5 hours. I love Gianna as a mother character and I'm plotting in my mind that things with head into the right direction for both Ash and James and baby. x"

The story of an overcomer

"This story was absolutely incredible. It tells such an important story and deals with such painful, difficult issues. I loved every single chapter and all the horror and bittersweet that it brought. It takes gall to delve into some of these subjects, and you did it with tact and frankness. The plot kept me engaged the entire time, with just enough tension to keep up the pace. Your characters were interesting and unique, and they felt very real to me, flaws and all. The only one that I didn't feel I understood was the father - I would have liked to have known why he was such a scumbag. As someone who has had to deal with them for years, I can tell you that your panic attack scenes are pretty much spot on. I also really liked that you began to restore Ashley's relationship with James and that he's showing her what a man can be. That ending was really sweet and heart-felt. The writing style was well-done. It was honest about the situation and gave the reader lots of vivid details, making it feel real. There were a lot of typos in here, but that could easily be fixed with a read-through and a red pen. All in all, this is a really great read! I love reading stories about overcomers, and I think that Ashley is a bit of a quiet hero. Great work! I hope you get more reads on this!"

"I loved the Plot line as I myself was a mother at 16 years old so I could really relate to the teen motherhood of this book. I think it was very well written overall. The only thing I noticed was that the timelines didnt always match up. A few times I noticed the author wrote it was so many weeks/months later but then while in the same place and time she would state the babies age and they didnt match up. Grammar could use a little work as well but it was a wonderful story and the author definitely has talent... "

I liked it

"I liked it. I kinda understand the awkwardness of just living and I happen to find Ashly to be a lovely person. I had my doubts when I first stated reading but Ashly convinced me to keep on reading, I feel that she doesn’t quiet understand social cues and has a hard time dealing with them. I really enjoyed myself thank you. "
