A complete trip wo the acid
"Ever wanted to do drugs? Well don't, kids, its bad. These stories are all the trip without the acid. No staining your soul; not today, satan. The stories lack context when they start, you just get ejected right into the characters' lives. Thats what makes it fun. Who is this? Where are we going? What kind of story is this? Idf know, we just gonna get on the ride and see where it leads. Fr reading this is the most magical journey where I have no idea wtf is gonna happen. Its all fair game. Each story from this author is like, where tf did this come from? In the best way. And the covers … 😆 i just can’t w these covers 🤣 Who are you? ?"
Excellent writing - my favorite so far!
"The book starts out with Adiva who is running to get away from a village of people trying to kill her. She finds shelter in a magical forest and where she eventually meets an assassin who she decides to follow around. The logic he uses for why he kills people is based on how bad the crime of the person targeted. For example, one person had slaves who he assaulted and tortured. Ultimately, however, he begins to leave the final say in Adiva's hands. As Adiva continues with the assassin she realizes that a part of her enjoys being the control and power she has. The darkness inside her is new but immediately she understands that if she feeds that part of herself, it will only grow. There are additional stories about a group of traveling performers and a police officer named Rest. I don't want to give too much away but this book is excellent. It used to be my favorite was Around the World and Beyond by this author but I have to say this one is now in the number one slot. If you like characters wrestling with internal morality then this is the book for you! "
