The female heroin is "just a maid," brings light and healing to the lives of the emotionally scarred princes princes in the castle where she becomes employed. She's also a devoted daughter to a dying mother who holds a long held secret that could change Ivetta's life forever. Ivetta thaws the frozen heart of the Brutal Beast but can he keep her safe and alive as she becomes a pawn in a dangerous game that involves power, deceit, and an age old curse?"
