Good but direction unclear

"Book is funny but unclear direction of book. The beginning starts with ivory being about 7 weeks pregnant then all of a sudden Darius is headed to a business trip for a whole month…she’s in Uni at the same time. The next thing I start reading she’s on a camping trip and she’s no longer pregnant Darius is home and is picking her up at bus depot and is meeting her there. Now she’s pregnant/not pregnant (?) because she’s able to goto the pub and get drinks. Darius picks her up and she’s drunk..,,and now I’m on this chapter where it’s the holiday party at this company clearly she’s dressed sexy and wearing tight dresses. Obviously she’s not pregnant from how the clothing is getting described lol The storyline is now completely different….."
