Tales of Joan 🥺

Mr and Mrs Joseph were poor petty traders, in a small town called Zade .Zade was an uncivilized town,Mr and Mrs Joseph gave birth to three kids a male and two female namely Joan which was the eldest she is twelve years old while Jeffrey the second child is six years old lastly was jovita the last child who is four years old.Mr and Mrs Joseph were not able to take care of their kids because they were poor, their first daughter Joan has always dreamt of been a medical doctor but her parents were not able to take them to school, Vanessa her close friend who was the only child of her parents was attending a school in the neighboring town because her father was able to afford her fees, although any time she returns from school she would take her textbooks and notebooks to Joan house to study with her.joan was so intelligent even though she was unable to attend school, Vanessa was about writing her basic unit certificate examination.

one cool Saturday Joan and Vanessa was sent on an errand to get some food stuffs from the market,on their way coming back from the market a car splashed water on them because it was raining in the morning,Joan felt so bad that she started insulting the person driving the car but to their greatest surprise the car stopped and Joan became scared thinking the driver heard her insults she was about running when a aged man came down from the back seat and began to apologize to them, they forgave him and he dipped his hands on his back pocket and brought out two clips of one thousand naira and was giving it to both of them Vanessa quickly took the money from the man but Joan rejected the money and walked away.

it was a very sunny day Joan went to the market with her mother luckily for them they sold their goods early and was heading home when a car horned for them,Mrs Joseph was surprised because she never knew anyone with a car so she was wondering who could it be they approach the car and saw an aged man of about his lates sixty's it was the man who splashed water on Joan and Vanessa on their way from the market,he offered them a ride which Mrs Joseph accepted immediately.he drove them home and gave Mrs Joseph a huge amount of money she sang songs of praises for him, she was very happy because she has never seen that amount of money in her entire life.He introduced himself as Mr Patrick he came to the village for his mother's funeral and will heard back to the city three weeks from now.Mr Patrick has five wives in the city whom he built different houses for them to live and was ready to marry the sixth wife if he sees one.

Mr and Mrs Joseph were sitted at the front of the house along side with Mr Patrick discussing a very sensitive matter,Joan was sitted alone wondering what they should be discussing about,her mother smiled endlessly after Mr Patrick gave them a huge amount of money,Mr Joseph was so happy he smiled at his daughter Joan,they excuted Mr Patrick to his car and he zoomed off.

Joan cried bitterly on hearing what her parents were discussing with Mr Patrick they were planning on marrying their daughter to him because of money,Joan wondered if they were her true parents she wished the ground should open and swallow her.her mother attitude changed completely towards joan because she turned down Mr Patrick request, she treated Joan like she was a slave in her father's house, Vanessa told Joan to accept Mr Patrick request because he promised to take her to school if he eventually marries her but Joan refused because she was too young to get married considering the fact that she would go to school once again but she still rejected the offer.her mother banned her from eating in the house for a week.she fainted due to over working,her mother made her life a living hell all because she refused to marry Mr Patrick.

one Monday morning Joan was washing the dishes and she mistakenly broke a plate she cried bitterly because she knew her mother was going to beat her but she had no order option but to tell her and receive the beating.mrs Joseph beats Joan almost to death after hearing about the broken plate, after beating her she chased her out of the house and asked her never to return.joan cryed bitterly walking lonely on the road she went to Vanessa house but she already went for school so she went to a cool place to rest her head and she slept off.joan walked so scared walking on the lonely path looking so tired and dirty she heard a very scary sound from an unknown location she hid somewhere around the bush looking for what actually made the sound, she couldn't see anyone she was about looking at her back and she saw a scary face at her back and she fainted at once.

Joan woke up and discovered it was a dream,she became scared and tired because of the thorough beating she took from her mother, she was scared because it was late at night already.she walked through the lonely path wondering how life has become for her she began to wonder what life would be for her if she continues with the suffering,she cried all through the night,she made up her mind to accept Mr Patrick proposal, because she was so confused on what to do.

It was a bright and sunny day, Joan walked through the road to her father's house, immediately she saw her mother coming from that direction and she hid in bush and allow her mother to move to a far distance before coming out from hiding place she walked very fast and few minutes on she got to the house which she saw jovita and Jeffery playing outside the house while her father was sitted outside starring at the whole compound,she quickly ran to meet her father and to beg for forgiveness but her father neglected her until she said the amazing thing him and his wife always wanted.joan was pampered by her parents because she has finally accepted to marry Mr Patrick,she did it not only because her parents wants her to but because she wants to go to school.Vanessa was so happy that her friend finally accepted to marry Mr Patrick, Vanessa has always been envious of Joan because people loves Joan more than her she has always looked for a means to get rid of Joan but all to no avail.

It's was Saturday,Mrs Joseph was already making preparations for her daughter's marriage, the marriage is in four days time,Mr Patrick gave them a lot of money for the marriage ceremony,Joan was not happy but had no other option than to accept her fate.two days to the marriage Joan went ill it was very serious she was admitted at the hospital and some test was examined and they discovered that it was high fever, but the doctor said she needs enough rest to avoid continuous collapse,the doctor said her brain was a little bit damage because of thinking and stress.mr Patrick paid for her hospital bills and she was later discharged from the hospital.

It was a very wonderful day for Mr and Mrs Joseph,they were so happy,Joan felt so bad because she and Mr Patrick will be living for the city the next day.The marriage of Joan and Mr Patrick became the talk of the whole town,it was the biggest marriage ceremony that has occurred in the town of Zade everybody had enough to eat and drink at the party, Vanessa heart was filled with joy because she felt Joan was an obstacle to her.

Mr Patrick and Joan left the town for the city very early the next day,they arrived the city and Joan was shown the direction to her room,Mr Patrick has a very big mansion,he was a very wealthy and wicked man a lot of people in the city hates him.Joan sat quietly in her room thinking about her life when she heard a knock on the door she opened the door and it was Mr Patrick standing at the front of the door with a belt on his hand, she wondered what he was doing with a belt,they both starred at each for some time with Mr Patrick face looking like an angry lion she wondered what the issues would be, she had a lot going on her mind, she became very scared when Mr Patrick walked closer to her, tears rolled down her chick because she taught Mr Patrick wants to use her for money rituals,her whole body was shivering, with sweat rolling down her body.At once Mr Patrick was standing in front of her that made her more scared and she had to urinate on her body.Immediately she felt a very sharp pain on her back and she fainted.

Joan felt so much pains all round her body,she opened her eyes clearly and discovered her hands and legs were tied against the bed,she looked at her whole body and found so many bruise's on it she first thought it was a dream but realized it was real.mr Patrick flogged her with the belts ,he does that for fun . The ropes were loosed from her body and Mr Patrick left her room. she screamed in pains but no one can help her , she hated her parents for putting her into this mess.

It was two weeks gone and mr Patrick had not yet enrolled Joan in school like he promised,Joan was so scared to even remind him because Mr Patrick was a Beast in human form ,he beats her almost every day but Joan parents and people in Zade town thought Joan was enjoying her stay in the city because Mr Patrick sends Joan family lots of gift so people will not notice his evil behaviour,he even placed Joan parents on a monthly allowance and enrolled jovita and Jeffery in a school in the neighboring town claiming Joan was attending the best school in the city unknown to everyone that he was a monster.

Joan was lying helplessly on her bed when she heard foot steps she raised her head to see who it was ,but saw no one she became very scared that she had to hurriedly lock her room door.It was late at night when she heard a knock on the door, the person was trying so hard to open the door so she quickly ran to open it and it was Mr Patrick before she could ulter a word from her mouth she received a very hot slap on her chick,Mr Patrick warned her never to lock her room door again ,he became so angry he gave her a thorough beating as warning for her never to try it again,he placed her weak and helpless body on the bed and removed her clothes she cried bitterly but he shut her up.tears rolled down her chick as Mr Patrick had sex with her , she felt so much pains in her pubic area she screamed loud for help but no one can help her she couldn't raise her body due to the beating she received from Mr Patrick, she felt something like water rolling down her pubic part ,she wondered what it should be, unfortunately for her it was blood it signifies she just lost her Virginity, she cried bitterly and cursed her parents for ruining her life.

Joan stayed in her room for Days she felt so weak to come out from her room, she has not eaten for a day because she has no appetite for food.Mr Patrick continuous beating and countless times of having sex to Joan became a treat to her life,her life became a total mess as she does not have the opportunity to communicate with people not even a chance to live the house.mr Patrick kept on with his nice act towards Joan parents they shower them with lots of gifts and money unknown to them that their daughter was suffering.

Vanessa became jealous and kept on thinking of what to do to make Mr Patrick hate Joan because she taught Joan was enjoying over in the city, she discovered a plan known to her.Mr Patrick parked his car close to the market area, Vanessa was returning from school she just entered her junior secondary school two,she approached mr Patrick and had a very brief discussion with him,they both smiled at each other and she left. Joan was alone in the house she decided to take a walk around the house she was at the siting room when she discovered the entrance door was open she came out of the house for the first time,she saw so many security guard around the compound she hid at the door and peeped through it so no one would notice her ,she made a loud sound at the door so she can draw the attention of the security guard,three of them came in and saw her she told them the sound was from the kitchen, she made believe that an unknown person is in the house which they called other security guard to assist them ,Joan sneaked out without any one noticing she ran out of the compound and faced an unknown location before the security guard could come notice she had already escaped.They ran to look for her but she has already made it to a far distance where no one would see her. immediately Mr Patrick car drove in ...............
