Chapter 1

" Hide it! HIDE IT NOW!!!" "Time is running out; I can't do this on my own and you know it. You want to hide it; you better help me!" SNAP A twig snapping under my foot. Reality. Ok. I was walking in the woods. It was dark and foggy. The moon was out. This was the only time i could come out alone. I looked down to check my watch. The black digital letters made it hard to make out what it said, so i put it on night mode and the letters flashed bright neon green. The numbers read the time 3 am. Ive got about 2 hours. I know these woods well. Oh very well. A branch grazed my arm as i walked past. Ouch. I went over to where it all happened but it wasn't there. Then i heard a sound. It was another voice. A childs. With a flare of wistful magic. It was hauntingly beautiful. Like a ghost enhanced with silver mist. " Come, come to the wishing well, don’t think about how he fell, come, come and don’t look back," Instantly i turned around and followed it. I felt my body become relaxed and i couldn't feel movement but my legs were moving towards the voice anyway. Hauling a body. Moving quickly. " Come, Come." I walked slowly no more. My legs were simply pulling me powerfully like as if they were in a tug of war. Eventually i arrived to a wishing well. It was black stone and soaked in ivy. My brain was telling me to never go near it, but my legs told me otherwise. Closer up you could see the contents of the well, but it wasn't what you would have expected. The water was black with glittering silver flakes. It was sloshing around in a stiring motion, as if someone was mixing it. For some reason, i started climbing in as if it was a swimming pool and it was completely normal. Once i was fully in, i took one large breath of air before dunking my whole head in. Down i fell. Down. Down. Down. Further and further. It felt like hours but if it was i would be dead from air loss. Finally i fell onto something. It felt like a bed. A big bed. I was no longer in water however. It was dark, but i still looked around hoping to see something promising. I came to the conclusion that i wasn't on a bed exactly. I suppose you could call it a bed, if you used the term " a bed of bodies." Because that is what I'm on right now. A bed of bodies. The worst part was i actually knew some of the people down here. Steve, the butcher. Harry, one of my classmates. Kiera, my neighbour. And the final one i know, Tom. The one i killed. I realised they were all coated in something that looked like dried up blood. Then at that moment, something thick and hot and red started showering down on me. Blood. It was hot. Like a fire. And as i sat there the bood coated me and the bodies. This is where i accept my fate. I'm going to die. The blood filled up and up until i couldnt breathe. That was my last thought. Bella had drowned. The bodies remained lingering on the top of the liquid, as the blood rain stopped. And Bellas life had ended. Like this book will now...

The End...
