A New Favorite
"This is a finely written fun story truly worthy of Penny Reid and Smartypants. Although there were many typos I was swept up in the growing attraction between Bruce and Robin. I often enjoy short stories because they must skip a lot of the emotional and descriptive explanations and background. There was just enough Green Valley to authenticate the setting and love the exciting HEA. "
It's not easy to make bats sexy, but this author did it!

Must read for everybody who's into romance
"This book is highly recommended for every romance lover. It's a wonderful read, and every chapter is a pageturner so you'll finish it quickly. The romance between Bruce and Robin blossoms very gradually over the chapters. I really enjoyed one chapter in particular because it brilliantly spicy ;) While reading the book I liked Robin and Bruce more and more. Not only because I got to know them better but also because they developed into better people. What sets this book apart from others is the references to Batman. I think the choice was daring, but it turned out extremely well and it often made me laugh out loud."

Love this, funny, plot and cute
"I devoured this story in one sitting, it's funny, a bit quirky and a whole lot of cute. Robin and Bruce ( I love all the batman references!) have a meet cute at Rebecca's and they have instant sparks flying all over. Grumpy x sunshine and I loved to learn more about bats. The suspense plot was written good from both POV, and I liked that it wasn't solved right away. It took some persistence. Also I really liked that there was attention to trauma dealings. Would like it if the story could be extended in the future, I'd love to read more about them 😀 "
Good start
"I was intrigued by the story & I wanted to keep reading. I know a novella & because of that I understand why story feels rushed near the end. Definitely feel the male character needs developing more. Like why did he get so upset when they ran into each other? And why did he assume it was all her fault? Was he having a particularly bad day? Did his dog just die? He would be more likable if we knew why he was being so rude. There were a few grammar errors that were distracting. But I feel with more practice the writer could develop this story into a good book. I did find all the info about bats interesting. "
