The Vampiric Manor

People often say not to enter a forest; you might get lost, especially in the dark.

Karl stood in front of the forbidding gate adorned with a weathered ‘Do not enter’ sign, His Blonde Hair and Brown eyes Glowed because of The Faint streetlights that bounced off of The Signs metal.

The air was frigid, carrying a biting wind that seemed to whisper caution through the very thin branches overhead. Karl, shivering, tightened his legs for warmth as he impatiently awaited the arrival of his friend.

His gaze drifted to the ground, where each step echoed with a soft crunch of fallen leaves.

He Just Hoped that His friend can get here already so he can convince them Not to Go into the forest.

He continues to Stay in his spot shifting a little still waiting For His friend to show up. Well he hopes that he shows.

“Hey!” He hears from behind him, recognizing that the voice belongs to his friend. He turns around.

“Oh. Hey” He says doing a short wave to his friend who proceeds to start walking near him.

“Sorry I was late, you know how my dad is” His friend says with a nervous smile, His Fluffy Dyed purple hair sat on his head and as he reached in His bag. To pull out something

Something that had caught Karl’s Eyes

“What’s That?” He asks His friend That looks up at him.

“Oh, I found this in my dad’s office!” He answers out about how he technically stole his dad.

“It’s apparently a map to the forest” he says Making his posture change into a straight one. Juno Nods and Opens his mouth “Are you sure that you want us to go in here” he says nodding his head back over to the Forest That the wind does not seem to have an effect on

Felix Shrugs his shoulders “We will be fine” he says sensing his friends Nervousness. “Yeah, but The Things the people say-”

“They are assholes, who try to scare us” The purple haired boy cuts His friend off before He could go and scare himself even more.

“Felix. The Vampires, The Werewolves and Witches- I just don’t want to die” Karl Looks at the ground embarrassed at his own fears.

Felix looks at him softly before walking up to him closer “Hey, It’s okay. If You don’t want to do This I’ll call you a Car service and you can go home and I will go in alone, I just really want to see what it looks like in the forest.”

Karl puts his head up “No, I’ll go in with you... If what they say is true, then I don’t want you to be alone.
