Chapter 0 - Cold Blooded
Introduction
Long time ago, humanity was on the blink of destruction by a mage who possessed all 7 legendary items. This mage destroyed the heavens and the underworld, almost half of humanity was wiped out. To seal of the mage both angels and demons worked together to separate the items and sealed the mage in a dark dimension where no sound can reach. The angels were lost along with God in the process. 90% of the demon race were lost with its leader Lucifer thus turning the demon world into chaos, with each demon general seeking to be the next Demon King. The demon world was divided into many parts each ruled by a general. Fast forward into the future, 500 years had passed since the ancient war. Humans can now use powers known as magic. With that said, Five great spirits were born. Four humans were chosen by these spirits.
Shin’s life gets turned upside down, he finds out that his family was murdered by this mage by a vision of his father. During their sleep, Shin dreams of his late family, Tatsuya dreams of being the best mage, Katsumi dreams of a warm scenery, and Ashuri dreams of meeting her mother and father.
[ Shin ](dreaming)Don’t die! I won’t let you die. I’ll definitely save you. (loud screams)
(Music sounding)
[ Ashuri ]Shin! Shin!Wake up its about to be sunset we need to keep moving to find shelter before it starts raining.
[ Tatsuya ] Since a long time ago, demons have always surfaced after sunset. They have existed a long time ago.
[ Katsumi ] There’s no such thing as a demon in this world but come to the think of it...
(Music sounding)
[ Tatsuya ] What! What is wrong?
[ Katsumi ] (heavy breathing) Over there...
(Music sounding) 2×
[ Tatsuya ] What happened here? All these bodies.
(Music sounding)
[ Shin ] The smell of blood.
[ Katsumi ] I can’t breathe.(heavy gasp)
[ Tatsuya ] Katsumi, are you okay? Don’t worry I’ll piggyback you all the way.
[ Ashuri ] We need to walk faster. This is an uncomfortable scene.(heavy breathing)
On the way, they encounter a demon.
[ Demon ] You’ll walked in the wrong territory. This is my dining and I’ll eat your flesh and bones.
[ Tatsuya ] This is...a demon.
(Music sounding) 3×
[ Demon ] Watch as I feast on all of you and butcher you into mince meat.
(Music sounding) 2×
[ Shin ] Damn it! He’s fast.
[ Tatsuya ] How is he so strong?
[ Shin ] I won’t get chopped by you twice. I’m going to kill you myself.
[ Ashuri ] Damn it! He got me. (groaning)
[ Shin ] Ashuri!!! Damn you!
I won’t forgive you.
[ Tatsuya ] Shin! Watch out...
Then out of nowhere...
[ Tatsuya ] Unbelievable. His head fell off.
(Music sounding)
[ Shin ] Where did that hit come from?
(Music sounding)
