Chapter 1 Jack
Jack Kinsley, a 35-year-old businessman, is taking advantage of his weekend off and the nice weather and is jogging in the park to clear his head. Soon he will embark on a new project, something he has always dreamed of... A place for Littles to be who they are without condemnation from outsiders, where they can be at the age that is right for them. There are several places, but there is nothing for them in the area... and he knows that there are quite a few in the area...
A little later he is taken out of his thoughts, he hears shouting at the playground equipment... Several children who are playing there are shouting... "ROSIE .... ROSIE .... We are here we have left a swing open for you to play with us".
Then he hears the most beautiful sound he has ever heard, a clear giggling and then "I'm coming, not too long, but I have time to play for a while." He looks at where that voice comes from and his heart stops... And he stands still. A beautiful girl walks up smiling, with blond curly hair tied in two low pigtails, beautiful blue eyes, and an innocent appearance. He follows the scene; she sits on the last swing and has the most fun with the children. Who completely includes her in their play, he sees their parents smiling... The girl is oblivious to the rest around her and enjoys playing with the children... Nothing is more beautiful than seeing his little girl playing so carefree. Oh, dear. His?? .. He feels an enormous attraction towards her, yes, she doesn't know it yet, but she will become his little girl. She is perfect...
Not much later the girl stops swinging. “I have to go but who knows, see you soon next time” She waves to the parents and then gets on a bike, and she’s gone... Jack comes out of his trans... I will find you again angel. He then continues with his run and goes home. He has agreed with his friends to discuss plans for the new project.
When Jack arrives at his house, he sees that his friends and business partners are already there. He wants to set up the project together with his best friends. They have known each other for many years and dream of the same lifestyle, but unfortunately, none of them have it yet. Found their forever little... But he is sure that they will all get the chance for lifelong happiness... And maybe he will be just a little faster than the others.
"Hey guys, sorry I'm so late, I was a bit distracted... come in, I'm going to take a quick shower and change and then I'll be there... I'd say help yourself... there's already coffee and other drinks ready."
He takes a quick shower gets dressed and joins his friends Derk Leeds (34 years old), Clayborn Gillins (36 years old), and Wiley Bulman (33 years old). The four of them work regularly... they also know each other from the club scene, for the first time they are setting up something together, they are all successful businessmen, and their companies are successful, they have a lot of people working for them, so now they only do not have to supervise, so they thought it was time to take a new step now.
Jack also poured himself something to drink and took a roll containing the construction drawings. "I'm glad you could discuss it today," Jack says enthusiastically, "I have the drawings here... if you agree, we can start soon." His friends nod and Jack continues, placing the drawings on the table... and explaining them to the others.
"This looks good, and all the space is used optimally. Just to summarize... In the basement, there will be the Security Room, a room for a doctor with 2 treatment rooms and a waiting room, two offices, and a meeting room. On the ground floor the reception room, reception/ administration, a large play area that can also be used for larger activities, and sensory rooms. The first floor will have spaces for littles and the attic floor will be for middles, outside will be a large play area, maze, and 2 swimming pools for littles and middles. What is this for? ??” Derk points to a separate building. “I first thought that for the Doctor and offices, but then I thought it would be useful to have space for a shop where you can get all kinds of things, such as stuffie clothing and care items. I don’t know yet whether we can do that in one big space or make two spaces for the daddies and mommies and one for the littles” Jack indicates... he sees the others thinking and then Clayborn says “I would keep it one whole with separate departments... I think it’s a clever idea to add a shop, now people must buy a lot online, how nice is it to look at things and get advice if necessary” The others agree. “The area is very sheltered, and we can put security around it, no one just comes in if they are not supposed to be there, there is also enough room for expansions, but that is enough now. There is also room to make a parking space,” Jack indicates. “When do you think we can start?” Wiley asks. Jack takes a sip of his drink and answers, “The current resident is expected to move in a week and could start on Monday, I know it sounds fast, but it has all been planned and all permits have been granted.”
The men are happy with the plans and are looking forward to it. Yes, and then they still must think of a name... The men are still busy exchanging ideas, including a name... meanwhile, Jack is thinking about someone else... until he hears... Little’s Clubhouse... Mmm think he sounds good... “Rosies Little’s Clubhouse” he doesn’t realize he’s saying it aloud and the other men look at him in surprise. “What do you mean Rosies? Although it does sound nice and personal” Clayborn asks. Jack looks up and realizes that he must explain something. Jack tells what he experienced in the park and what he felt and that his thoughts constantly go to her... As said, he played in the park so carefree and without worries, he wants all the little ones to be able to play in their new project. They are all happy for him and hope that he can find her for himself... they decide if Rosie becomes his girl the name will be Rosie’s Littles Clubhouse
