Wonderland Monologues II

We still can’t make any calls. The internet works fine on our phones. There is so much that is going on here. It’s starting to feel like we’re in an apocalyptic horror manga. Ooo, are there going to be death games to play? Is this going to be like Alice in Borderland? I wonder what my specialty would be. I would be good at the Hearts games. Erika would also be good at the Hearts games. That would leave Kadota and Saburo. Kadota would be good at the Spades games. I guess Saburo could also do Spades too.

Or is this an Ito Junji manga? That checks out. So much weird stuff is happening and there isn’t a reason for it. Just like the lockdown of the city we’re in right now. Or it could be both.

Speaking of which…

I narrowed my eyes as I looked at the screen. What is this? I was logged into the site ten minutes ago. I tried to log back in but I got booted out. I refreshed the page and the site was gone. What the hell is going on?

“Hey, is anyone else having trouble with the site?” I asked.

“Yeah,” Erika said. I looked over on her phone. The site was down for her too.

“Ito Junji,” I said.

“What?” Kadota asked.

“We’re in an Ito Junji manga,” I said. Saburo was looking at me now. He and Kadota didn’t say anything. Erika shivered.

“What are you talking about?” Kadota asked at last. I showed him my phone.

“What the hell?” he asked. He and Saburo looked at their phones. All four of us looked at each other. Yeah, this is definitely an Ito Junji manga we’re in. I was kind of hoping for death games to happen. Maybe it’s not too late for that.

Ku_Rolet: The novel was good, and I really enjoyed reading it. I love the leads and their bond, but I have one question that confused me. How could Tristan have been dreaming about his mate since he was a child if Omara was already mated to someone else before him? If Kyle had accepted Omara, would Tristan ne...

Andie Wri: Nice plot and chemistry between the main characters.Overall a great read with intrigue and things being revealed that is surprising. I like how vulnerable the main characters are. They still believe in love despite the heartaches they have experienced.

Sharda: I really enjoyed the pace of this story. It was mostly realistic, but It was tough to wrap my head around that a 13-year-old boy would be so intuitive and a friend to his mom.
