#1 I know I shouldn’t like him
Happy Chinese New Year!
I think I fall in love with someone I shouldn’t.
I’m a member of my department club. My other teammates and I will need to buy food and preparation for the department Chinese New Year celebration.
The old member of the department club, Kenny, volunteered to drive the three of us to the supermarket. Shane sat at the passenger seat while me and Bella sat at the back.
As me and Bella was happily talking to each other about our favourite idols, I sense Kenny was looking at the mirror. I didn’t pay much attention to it and continued the conversation I had with Bella.
At the supermarket, not knowing what to buy, Kenny, as an expert, showed us what he usually buys. I just joined not long ago thus i am not sure what the team love.
I was walking around carrying a not so heavy basket with my teammate, Bella. Kenny came over and took the basket from my hand. My heart skipped a beat. At that moment, he seems very charismatic.
We rarely talk at work and most of the time we just mind our own business. Honestly, he’s not good looking. He is 2 years olders than me. He’s rich, i guessed, from all the branded products and the expensive car he drives. And most importantly, he has a long time girlfriend.
Shane, the finance incharge of the team, paid for the items. Kenny then carried the heavy stuffs and we went to back to his car.
At that moment, I told myself, “It was just that moment I liked him and nothing more.” But the more i looked at him, the more i want to know about him.
I know I shouldn’t like you. But I can’t help it to feel this way. Do all guys who has a girlfriend or married usually treat other girls with outmost kindness too?
